Made to Order and Special Order Terms and Conditions
We're excited to create or order something special just for you.
Before we get started, let's go over a few important things about your made-to-order or special-order items:
1. No Returns or Refunds
These items are crafted and/or ordered specifically for you, so we can't accept returns or offer refunds unless there's a fault with the product. In the case of a fault being found with the product we reserve the right to repair and replace. Don't worry, your usual rights for faulty goods still apply!
2. Double-Check Everything
Confirm items on your order and any other documents.
Please take a close look at the colour, materials, size, and all the details of your order. Once it's confirmed, we can't make changes.
Remember, natural materials like wool and fabric can have slight variations in colour and texture. That's part of their unique charm!
3. We'll Keep You Updated
We'll give you an estimated delivery date, but sometimes things outside our control (like supplier delays or shipping issues) can cause unexpected changes.
We'll do our best to keep you in the loop if anything changes.
4. Payment
We need full payment upfront to start crafting your special pieces and you can still use our payment partners like Klarna and PayPal for 'time-to-pay' options.
5. Delivery & Safety
We'll deliver your beautiful new pieces right to your doorstep.
If you change your address, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to deliver to the new address, but there might be a small fee for re-delivery if the first attempt fails.
6. Care Instructions
We'll include care instructions with your items, or you can find them on our website. Proper care will help your pieces stay beautiful for years to come!
