Handmade by me in Leeds: Bluebell sequin collar cape.
This cape is made from lightweight chiffon with a silver sequin ruffle collar at the neckline. It has a purple love heart printed binding at the neckline that ties at the front.
It fits ages 3 up to 7 years and measures 24 inches in length.
